Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inform that I have misplaced my watch during my stay in your hotel last Wednesday.
It was a pleasant stay at your hotel, however I was very disappointed when I realized, I have left my watch in hotel. I think I may have forgot it in the cupboard of my room, just besides the refrigerator.
The watch was an expensive Rado, light blue in colour, with a small star mark engraved on the back. It was very special to me, since my elder sister had gifted me on my marriage anniversary last year.
I would really appreciate if you could check my room in hotel, as I am sure you would be able to find it there. In case, you are able to find it, please call me on 0123454 and I will come to collect it from you at the hotel.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Mathew Jones
