I AM WRITING TO EXPRESS MY STRONG DISSATISFACTION WITH YOUR MANAGEMENT STAFF IN THE CHANDIGARH AIRPOT. LAST WEEK I HAD TO DEPARTURE TO BENGALURU FROM CHANDIGARH AIRPOT BY THE FLIGHT NUMBER 231456 AT 10AM AND I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR STAFF ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE SOCIAL DISTANCING IN THE AMID COVID PANDEMIC.
MOREOVER , THEY DID NOT DO THEIR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES PROPERLY EITHER IT IS THE MATTER OF MAINTAINING SOCIAL DISTANCING BETWEEN PASSENGERS OR THEIR BEHAVIORS TOWARDS THE PASSENGER.SPECIFICALLY , STAFF INVOLVE IN SECURITY UNIT BECAUSE THEY HAD NOT THEMSELVES WOREN THE MASK PROPERLY LET ALONE TO INSTRUCT THE PASSENGERS FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING STRICTLY.
CONSIDERING THIS, I JUST WANT IMPROVEMENT IN YOUR MANAGEMENT REGARDS THE SAFETY AGAINST THE PANDEMIC SO THAT NEXT TIME I CAN VISIT CAREFREE IN THE AIRPOT.
I HOPE WE CAN SOLVE THIS MATTER OUT AMICABLY.
