Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the service of your prominent restaurant.Actually,last Sunday,I visited this place with my family members to celebrate 31st marriage anniversary of my parents and we wanted to eat vegetarian diet but,your staff members served non vegetarian diet to us which was a terrible situation for us because we all are vegetarian.
In fact,I already told the staff members that it is a special day for my parents and I wanted to give a treat to my family members while they did not make an attention towards my words.Moreover,as I told you they served us non vegetarian diet and when we lodged a complaint about it then they behaved very rudely.Furthermore,I got fed up with the behaviour of staff members and we did not eat any meal at that place while they charged us a heavy amount of Rs.2500.
Now,I am demanding justice from you because that was the fault of your staff members and you Should take an immediate and stern action on them otherwise the reputation of your popular restaurant is on stake.
I would deeply appreciate you if you may make an attention towards this Matter so that your upcoming customers not face any problems.
