You want a book that you cannot find. Later you found it and it is available in a bookstore in another city. Write a letter to the manager of bookstore.
In your letter, you should:
• give details of book
• say why you need this book
• tell how you will pay for it.
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Anita Mehar and I belong to Narowal city. I am in need of a book which I could not find from the book stores of my city. Therefore, I am writing this letter to request you to send me the book.
Author of the book is Mr.Jam Pual and its name is Social Science and Technology. Moreover, second edition of the book is available in my city but I need the third one which is the latest edition and probably this is the reason that it is hard to find it on book stores of small towns as mine is.
Basically, I am preparing for Central Superior Services Exam and this book is immensely helpful to prepare paper of Social Sciences. It contains relevant content and its material is tremendously useful for the exam preparation.
I will transfer you cost of the book and postal charges, too in your bank account if you confirm me about sending the book. Please forward me details of your account before you dispatch it so that I could immediately submit the amount into your account.
An early response will highly be appreciated.
Yours faithfully,
Anita Mehar.
