Essay topics:

You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment.
In your letter-

1. describe the problem with the equipment
2. explain how this problem is affecting your work
3. say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to highlight the issue which I am having with my laptop since last week.

Laptop was working well but on one fine day when I plugged it in for charging, it got heated up unexpectedly and the fan started producing noise which was unbearable. Be that as it may, I tolerated this issue for a few days thinking it will automatically vanish but it has not.

Undeniably, laptop is a vital equipment without which I cannot proceed my work. Neither I am able to concentrate nor attend meetings because of the noise laptop is producing. Not only it is impacting my work, but also my mood as I get annoyed when I am not able to meet the deadlines.

It is my humble request to you to ponder the problems of my laptop and arrange for a replacement as this laptop has crossed its warranty period.

Hopefully my issue is addressed at the earliest so that I can continue to work hassle free with passion.

Thanks
Sanya
