Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope, you are doing well today.
I am writing this letter to make you aware of the problems; I have been facing with the laptop purchased from your shop. This laptop isn’t working properly since the beginning and lags too much. First I thought, this might be a software problem and Windows updates will fix it. Now that, all the latest software and drivers have been installed, lagging problem is still there.
I use this laptop mainly for presentations in front of my clients but sometimes it gets stuck in the middle of one and has to be restarted to get the problem resolved. This leaves me embarrassed as well as results in wastage of my client’s and my time. Apart from that, the battery of this laptop also drains very fast and I have to keep it plugged in all the time.
As this laptop isn’t as useful as described by you and has multiple issues, please send someone to pick it up from my office and refund me for it as I don’t want a replacement of it. I will be ordering another laptop as soon as I receive full refund for it.
Yours faithfuly,
Sumit
