I am writing to let you know that I am unhappy with my current laptop which I bought from your shop two months ago. It was working properly within the first month, but after that it started showing display problem. Because of it, I cannot complete my work. I hope you will consider mu situation favourably.
Let me explain my situation. The trouble started about one month ago when I was making a presentation for my current job. Prior to that, everything was fine. I have to make more presentations and projects for my job. The actual time for preparing these work was two weeks, and if I don’t complete it within the next week, I will be fired from company.
Would you kindly repair my laptop in two days? If you have another laptop, I need it temporarily for mu work. When I come back to your shop for collecting my repaired laptop, I will return your laptop at that time.
