I am writing this letter to report an issue with my office laptop. The laptop screen seems to be faulty, as the screen is flickering and I am unable to use it while working from home.
Let me explain the situation in more details. My team has been assigned a few audit tasks, which have critical deadlines. I recently got a laptop assigned to me from your team, allowing me to work from home in-order to complete my assignments. It worked fine for a couple of days until today, the laptop screen started flickering. This has caused me some inconvenience to me, while I try to do my work.
Could you please consider this letter as my request to replace the faulty laptop with a functional one. I would really appreciate if I could issue a functional laptop as soon as possible. I have already sent my manager's approval in my previous letter.
