Dear John Derek,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to earn your confirmation to work in General Motors' head office for a six-month period.
I am deeply motivated to cooperate in our organization head office based on two potent reasons. First and foremost, I would like to expand my working experience as I would have this opportunity to learn from versatile as well as professional sales experts. In other words, I can be familiar with novel sales techniques and strategies and these methods with no doubt would be highly effective as well as helpful for the sales department of our organization. Secondly, as my sister lives in Japan where the headquarter located I can see my sister after one year.

About my responsibilities in my department, I will assign Mr Lee, my experience assistant, to check the staff's work out during the time that I am away. Furthermore, I have a fixed plan to check my staffs' function virtually on a regular basis. Be certain, no disarrangements would occur in my department during my absence.

I would appreciate it if you accept my request. I am sure as soon as I earn your confirmation letter i will be able to be accepted by the head office to work there.
Thanks for your attention to this matter
I am eager to earn your positive feedback at your earliest convenience.
Respectfully yours,
Hiva Farahani
Sales Manager
