You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country.
Write a letter to your manager. In your letter:
• explain why you want to work in the company’s head office for six months
• say how your work could be done while you are away
• ask for his/her help in arranging it
Dear Dr.wiliam,
I am writing to ask you for permission to working at our headquarter office in Tehran. I would like to work for a period of at last 6 months in the head office which in my idea, can be considered as a valuable experience. As you know, recently, I have prompted to an upper position which includes several different and professional activities. I think, attending at our head office provides me a great opportunity to use my skilled colleague experiences. Taking part in different sessions and close collaboration with other parts of the company such as mechanic and design, physic and chemistry will bring numerous benefits for me. I will learn about other critical tasks in the production process which would be effective and can lead to boost the efficiency, especially when there are many deadlines that are to be meted.
On the other hand, this opportunity can help me to improve my social interaction with other coworkers that we have never seen each other. Since most of the connections are via emails or cell phone, so have some interaction can result in more friendship between peers.
I am looking forward to hearing your positive approval.
Yours sincerely,
Yalda Asgari.
