You work for an international company and you would like to attend a training. Wirte to you manager
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inform you about my intentions to attend a training that I found useful in the weekly newspaper. The training is 'Website designing using JAVA Technologies'. It is designed for all Web Designers and Administrators.
The is tailored to the needs of 21st century Website Designers and Web Database Administrators and it will take place at Sheraton Hotel and Gardens for 4 days. The starting on the 25th June to 28th June, between 10am and 4pm daily.
I am soliciting for the company's approval to attend the training and any financial assistance towards it. I need to register early for the course to secure a place and I do no have enough fund to pay for it, I am hoping the company can help with the payment so as not to miss this golden opportunity.
Needless to say, the course is if enormous advantage to the company as well because it will save us a huge amount of money spent on maintenance of SAP software. I can also arrange an in-house-training for my colleagues to share the acquired knowledge and this is also an added bonus.
Thanks for your usual help.
Yours sincerely,
Janet Johnson.
