You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter
Describe the training course you want to do
Explain what the company could do to help you
Say how the course will be useful for your job
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regard to a training course which is going to be held next month, on the 1st of June, in Paris. I have seen its advertisement online so I have realized that it is about the newest approaches to promote products worldwide. Thus, it will be not only really helpful in what way I am working but also extremely interesting because it will be based on the latest experience of the greatest businessman.
As our company is international, we quite need to gain some new knowledge market-wise. I would be really grateful if you accepted my demand in order to attend the workshop. I will be able to take a lot of advantages of the course if the company considers a budget for my business trip.
According to what I have read online, the workshop is going to be managed by a successful and well-known businessman, Jack Lane, who has always been one of your favourites in business. If we could recognize the latest methods he has employed, we would be able to expect a dramatic increase in sales this year.
I look forward to hearing your prompt response.
Kind Regards,
Sarah Smith
