You would like to participate in a training course. write a letter to your manager about the course and ask for permission.
In your letter,
Give details of the course
why is it useful for you?
How will it benefit your work?
Dear Mr. ABC.
I am an employee in Human Resource department of your company. I want to get your permission to pursue a course in Financial Capital management. this will be beneficial for our organisation. I will elaborate further about this.
IBM is the foundation partner for this training course which is a 6 weeks training in and off campus programme. As you are aware that the finance management of the company is lacking proper and quality staff for work. So, it will be a great opportunity for the organisation to have a great leader to recruit quality team for the betterment of this department. The training course will be a part-time affair as it will help me develop new skills, strategies and a opporunity to acquire the knowledge that will help me become a more important asset of this company and will benefit the company as it will not put an extra burden of finding a new leader for the required job as I will be able to handle both the HR and finance department and help in shaping the growth of the company further.
I need your permission to attend these classes and I promise it will not take away the time. Additionally, it will not hamper my job responsibilities for this organisation.
I will look forward to your answer in the next 2 days as the classes are starting in next week. If I can enrol in or not depends on your decision.
Thanking You,
Yours sincerely,
XYZ
