Your car insurance company has told you that they are going to increase the amount you have to pay insurance in your car each month. You are not happy about this. Write a letter to your insurance company. In your letter explain.
Why you are writing to them
Why do you think the insurance should not be increased
What do you want them to do
Dear Sir or madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding email received from your company towards increase in insurance amount.
Let me explain in more detail. I have bought insurance for my car from your esteemed organization and policy number is XYZ12345.
I have took insurance of yearly basis as it was within my budget compared to other competitive insurance schemes. Recently, I received email stating that I have to pay additional 500 rupees on a monthly basis.
I believe there should not be hike in insurance costs, as I have paid yearly fee while buying insurance. Also, it is clearly mentioned in the contract that there will not be any additional charges during this tenure.
I suggest you not to charge any additional costs in the current policy but rather increase in price when someone is buying new policy or at the time of renewal. I would also like to inform you that sudden increase in policy amount will affect your loyal customers.
I hope you will look into this matter and revert me with your positive response.
Yours faithfully,
Tim
