I am writing you to inquire about the services you are providing at your conference centre. My company has offering a training course to all employees working in the company. Hence, I would like to make sure that your place is the right for all necessary equipment.
It is a 8 hour training for all staff members and in this period, The new Quality testing software will explained overall. Due to the high requirement of clients, My company has decide to give brief training for that new software for Quality testing.
Training course will be presenting in powerpoint slides. Therefore, We will need a projector as well one computer to run it. The course will be going on from 11am from 7pm. It would be great if the hall is ease with air conditions with hot drinks during this training course.
We would like to arrange dinner for all people who are invited in this training. There will be approximate 50 people all together. I would like to know about the buffet price for all members. Please, Send me quotation for the price for a hall with food and without food. Also, Please let me know if you can offer music entertainment at dinner time
