Your company has recently introduced a new work uniform. You are mostly happy with the uniform, but there is one thing that you do not like. Write a letter to your manager. In the letter
• say what you like about the uniform
• explain what you don’t you like about the uniform
• suggest how the uniform can be improved
Dear Mr. John,
I am writing this letter in regards to uniform which was recently shown by our head. I liked the uniform, however, I have a few suggestions which might be better for our company and valuable employees.
Firstly, uniform has unique colors and style which appeals me a lot. It exactly matches with our brand logo. I tend to opine about this kind of office atire that can leave long-lasting an image on our visitors and separate us from our close competitors. I really appreciate the efforts of the designer who has put his/her creativity to make this uniform an awesome.
Nevertheless, I would like to suggest some alterations, such as febric of this uniform. Currently, it is made of cotton, but I was thinking that if can shift to jeans then the cloth will get long-lasting durability as well as during winter it would work as a warm cloth. Another change I thought that we should have to have the same tie for male and female, currently it has a separate design. Because If we have the same for both then will show gender equality.
I would recommend that uniform could be better if we can make it darker because dark color excites workers to work with creativity and harder than before. By doing so we not only gain the trust of our manpower but also can get an impressive image in the market.
Hope you will consider my given views.
Yours sincerely,
Rehana Diwan
