Dear Paul
I would like to apologise for cancelling your invitation for Friday’s Marvel premiere movie night.
Unfortunately I can’t go with you as I have already pre booked Health and Safety conference which I have to attend because of my work. As it’s related to my work and already paid I can’t cancel it.
I have a good friend Mark who can go instead of me. Me and Mark met in Comic Con event in San Fransisco and he is really into Marvel comics and movies as yourself. I would like to recommend you to go with him.
Mark knows every Marvel comic and movies so you guys can have a really cool movie night together. Both of you have similar interests and I think you can get along really good. He also lives close to movie theatre.
Anyway, let me know what to you think.
Best wishes
Peter
