Dear George,

I hope that you had an amazing weekend and thanks a lot for throwing us an excellent birthday treat. I know that you have planned for the movie Avenger endgame, but I'm sorry that I will be unable to join a movie with you tomorrow night and how about if my office colleague Shyam joins with you in the cinemas?

I am assigned on an office tour to Mumbai, where I along with my manager have a client meeting. As all these arrangements were made in such short notice, I could not able to inform you earlier. Moreover, this a crucial gathering, hence at any cost I have to be present there.

Today, I asked Shyam if he could make to the movie and he is very much excited about it. He is my fellow colleague and you both have met once in Hotel Taj where I throw a party for my kid's first birthday.

I'm damn sure he will be the best movie partner, as he himself a great fan marvels series like you. In addition to that, he is also a fan of KFC, so you both can have your dinner together post watching the movie. I will text you his number through whats app and share him yours too.

With love,
Akil
