Iam writing this missive to offer my advice you asked in your letter and some personal experience which might help you.
Having a class 5 driving licence would not only help you to get job easily but also required many times in personal emergency. I personally used Brar Driving School and also recommend to use the same for you as they have different training vechile according to your need, in addition to this they have cities best training instructor, which help you to clear all your dobuts while learning, moreover, training school is very near to your house which will help you to start training without taking leaves from your office.
On my personal experience, initally buy a used car and get your hand on it first before buying nee car, whch not only save money of insurance but also help you to focus on road leaving tension of scratches on new car aside.
