Dear James,
I am writing this letter in continuation of our conversation held last week. You had asked me to prepare a presentation for upcoming training session scheduled next month.
I am pleased to inform you that I have chosen the topic “‘Employee Emotional Intelligence” to present in the training session which will be held on 25th March 2020 at the “MICROSOFT INC” in NEW YORK.
The target audience for such session will be that employees who usually feel difficulties in controlling their emotional state of mind in front of superiors and clients. The primary advantage of this session would be that employees will able to maintain control over their emotions in such situations with the assistance of technique called “Learn and Grow”.
I would need the nominations of the employees from each department who feel that this session will be helpful for them. I would really appreciate if you can get in touch with the HR department of MICROSOFT INC. and provide me the list of such employees by end of this week.
Please feel free to contact me in case of any clarifications.
Yours Sincerely,
Arnold Mathews
