Your mentor recommended you to learn a new language and gave you contact details of a teacher. Following his advice, you need to write a letter to the teacher. In your letter say:
• What is your motivation to learn a new language?
• How can the teacher help you?
• When will you be ready to start?
You should write at least 150 words.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my interest in learning French language from you.
I work in a multi-national company as a relationship development, and have to travel to Paris for work. My mentor has recommended me to take French language course from you. I would really like to learn the language as it will help in enhancing my career prospects. Moreover, it will not only help in communication easily in Paris but will also assist me in writing the research report.
I hope you can assist me reading, writing and speaking this language in an easier way, so that I can have a command over the language. Furthermore, I have hear a lot from people that they are very satisfied with learning the language from you as you make things much easier.
I would like to start with my classes from next week as this week I am busy with work in my office. I hope you will be able to start my classes in evening from 5 pm to 6 pm next week.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Prabhpreet Kaur
