Dear Mr. Tom,
I am deeply concerned about the issue of noise reported by you from my flat which is causing a disturbance to you and your family.
As you are aware that we recently moved in the house and while shifting some of my furniture got damaged by shipping agency and we were finding inconvenience to use the broken wood items such as dining table, chairs, cupboard etc. When I lodged a complaint to shipping agency, they agreed to repair my furniture and started work from last Sunday. Initially, it appeared to be a small fix, however, it did not turn out the same and fixing is still continued which is causing extreme noise to neighbors like you.
I immediately called to supervisor who is managing this repair and communicated about the concerns which you raised in your letter. I was informed that remaining work will be done more cautiously and also in noise proof chamber which will certainly reduce the level of noise.
I seek apology for inconvenience and hope you would not get such things in future.
