Dear James,
I am writing you this letter regarding your complaint letter that I have received yesterday. I am really sorry about the noise and the discomfort that you experienced because of my kitchen renovation.
I had some problems with my kitchen cabinets that pushed me to replace my countertop and kitchen backsplash. As you know I am working full-time so I am working on the kitchen renovation in the evenings but I was not aware of the noise level that you could hear through the walls. Please accept my sincere apologies and I am letting you know that this will no continue.
I hired a professional contractor to complete my project and he will be working only during the daytime. So there will be no more noises in the evenings. I am again sorry for the inconvenience I made for you and your family and I hope this will not affect our friendship.
