Your office building doesn't have parking available.
Write a letter to the manager. In your letter:
• Explain the problem
• Suggest a solution
• Say why parking will benefit all employees
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my concerns of not having a parking facility in our office building. This is a worrisome situation for many of us who use personal automobiles to commute to work.
Due to the non parking facility most of the employees rely on the paid parking services. Unfortunately, the amount they charge is exorbitant and creates a twinning hole from their pockets. The closest transit to any public transport systems is 3 kilometers away from the office where the employees either need to plan well in advance to reach the starting point or take an arduous walk which make them disgruntled and be less productive at work.
Would you please provide an alternate parking space in the vicinity of the office or let the employees avail the pick up and drop-out options of the “Smart bikes” company which would greatly help them to reach the office within the stipulated time and makes our atmosphere Eco-friendly.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours sincerely,
Teena
