Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter regarding a recent purchase from your shop. recently i purchased i mobile phone from your shop and it is not working at all and tried calling the customer care for the past two days with no answer.
I had visited your shop on the Lillington road on 23rd January in the morning and bought a phone. I bought samsung 10 series and the shop attendees has shown the demo piece. And i had asked them for a new piece and i paid $ 250 for the same. The invoice number is IG348512.
after i reached home, i switched on the phone and as per the advise from the shop i has charged my phone for 3 hours. When i took the phone the phone after that, the screen is completely blank and i was not able to do anything. I tried restarting phone and it is still the same.
Soon i tried calling the customer care and i was put on hold and they said our customer care expert will reach out to you. it has been two days and i have not received any calls till now.
I am regular customer and i prefer buying things from your shop. But this time i would like to bring your notice that i am very disappointed with the bad service that i received.
I would like to either get a replacement phone by end of the day or reimbursement. I am hoping that you will look into this matter and take necessary actions.
