Similarly, the figure for enquiries delivered in person started at more than 400, throughout the whole period, without fluctuation, it surged up to 1900, 300 higher than telephone-delivery inquiries.
The quantity of enquiries received by letters or emails commenced with about 750 but dropped to 700 in March and continued decreasing to 350 in May and unchanged from May to June.
