Secondly, educational institutions should be also responsible for the student’s diet, imparting knowledge related to food or health science to make them conscious of the paramount importance of a healthy lifestyle. Finally, parental involvement also plays a crucial role in creating self-awareness of healthy lifestyles for children during their formative years.
In conclusion, education is one of the most fundamental factors for the encouragement of frequent exercise and a healthy diet. More campaigns should be also conducted to promote these lifestyles among people.
