Most high-level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 percent female. Companies should be required to allocate a certain percent of these positions to women.

For the last decades, there have been gender differences in top posts in the working field. The majority of leading seats are densely occupied by males in spite of the fact that the labor force in numerous advanced nations exceeds greater than 50 percent woman.
