Food material available in market these days have some especial labels on it regarding ingredients like how much sugar or salt it contains. These labels on food items helps the people to choose the food items according to their needs. For example, people who want to lose their extra weight mostly look for food with diet label.
Trend towards fast food is also on its peek nowadays. Delicious and tasty fast food items can be prepared with less effort and time. Mostly office going people prefer to prepare and eat fast food to save their time. However, the fast food is not considered good for health.
