The table below shows the questionnaire about opinions of club members and general public for the new theatre in one town in 2012.
The given tables shed lights on club participants and the local inhabitants’ attitudes towards the newly-constructed cinema in 2012.
As can be seen from the tables, the majority of people were reported to have excellent experience at the new sites and those with poor review made up only a small percentage of survey participants.
When it comes to the cinema’s facility, up to 72% of club participants found it to be excellent, while more than a quarter said they were satisfied and only 2% reported having unpleasant experience. The numbers of that in terms of the general public is 64%, 24% and 8% respectively. In terms of the site’s quality, 40% of those from the general public group are satisfied, which is fourth times higher in comparison with those in the club.
With regard to information’s satisfaction level, while 66% of those from the general public ticked in the excellent box, only more than a half of members rated their experience as excellent, at 54%. Additionally, up to 16% of club participants and 14% of local residents reported having poor experience at the site.
