Many working people get little or no exercise either during the working day or in their free time and have problems as a result. Why do many working people not get enough exercise?What can be done about this problem?

Nowadays, most of the working professionals are preoccupied with work because of the demanding work culture in many industries, thus they barely get enough physical activities which is causing numerous health-related issues. This essay will examine the causes and solution to this issue.

To begin with, people working in a very fast pace environment have a hectic schedule, they have various tasks that need to be performed within the deadlines provided by high management. In addition, they often have to support and train their subordinates which may consume most of their time and by the time they finish, they feel exhausted and do not have energy left to work out. Moreover, the gym facilities often situated far away from their workplace or home, hence they feel tired and lazy to commute to the gym. Even though working professionals have some time off, however, they prefer to spend that with their family or watching television and movies. Because of the lack of physical activity, people are gaining weight and experiencing several diseases such as stress, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

To overcome this issue, it is essential that professionals must create some time for working out. For instance, they can go running during their lunch break, they can also get some physical activity by walking around their desk area. Additionally, companies can create a gym area on the company campus, which can be quite accessible to the employees. Also, people must spend time on outdoor activities instead of spending time indoors. Lastly, working out regularly, it is necessary to eat healthily with a combination of nutritious food and some workout people can be healthy and avoid diseases.

In conclusion, to achieve work-life balance, it is must that professionals get some exercise in any form of activity every day. By being healthy and fit, they can focus more at work and enhance their productivity.
