Thank you for your letter about the Superspa Card. That’s very kind of you.
I have returned from the Gulf for a month now. I booked to stay a week in the Al Munir, however, I had to change to another hotel after two days due to the inadequate service I received. I have several complaints that I hope you would consider taking in.
On the first day as I walked in the bathroom, a stained towel was hung on the shelf rack, which is quite annoying to use. Later that night, before going to sleep, I tried to lower the temperature of the air conditioner but was unable to do so and it was awfully hot to sleep. Nevertheless. I asked to have my dress dry-washed for the next day conference. I gave the dress as soon as I arrived at Al Munir and expected to receive it in the next morning. I am disappointed as your service failed to deliver it on time.
I did mention these problems to one of the hotel managers. I felt extremely disgraced that he did not take the problems seriously but rather make jokes about them.
Further than the problems I mention above, I have noticed a general descent in standards of Al Munir's hotel over the last few years I was staying. I used to experience excellent service and enjoy my stay in the past. It is a regret to see the golden age has passed, but I hope you would take steps to resolve and improve your service.
