To begin with, online training makes the training class="time">time flexible for teachers. As we all know, teachers need to prepare lessons before the class and answer the questions from their students. they are busy and don’t have much bulk class="time">time for training. Thus the online training suits class="them">them class="well">well. they can take the lesson on the way to school, during the launch and just before they sleep. it allows class="them">them to use small class="part">part of class="time">time instead of spending all day taking the lessons. As a result, the training course won’t influence much on the teacher’s work in school.
Moving on, because the online training class="is">is based on the technology, class="some">some class="good">good features can be used by the teachers. For example, all the materials are digital so they don’t have to carry the heavy paper materials in their bags. And they don’t have to worry about they may lose the materials. At the same class="time">time, teachers can organize their studying materials tidily by simply creating different folders. The most useful feature class="is">is probably the playback function. Say if class="there">there class="is">is a recorded lesson, when a teacher miss the class="point">point, the only thing he or she has to do class="is">is just click the button and drag it to the left. class="then">then they can watch this period again! it’s quite convenient and help the teachers understand the ideas in the lessons thoroughly. Thanks to the technology, class="there">there are more excellent features class="that">that help increase the efficiency of studying.
Admittedly, class="let">let a group of class="good">good teachers finish training class="first">first and after class="that">that class="let">let class="them">them go back to their schools and class="train">train other teachers does have class="some">some benefits like class="these">these class="good">good teachers can make a conclusion class="first">first and class="point">point out the key class="point">point to the new teachers. However, during the process of reteaching the class, class="there">there must be class="some">some mistakes or inaccurate representations class="that">that may influence the final effects of the program. think about it: can you fully and accurately repeat what math teacher talked about in the morning during the dinner?
