Education is considered one of the most important aspects in our lives. Nowadays, we are living in a very dynamic world and colleges try to improve the education style with many advanced technologies. I am sure that many people would believe that increase the professors' salaries is a great idea, while others would disagree. However, when it comes to me I totally agree that all colleges should increase the professor's salaries. I feel this way for two important reasons, which I will demonstrate in the following essay.
To begin with, spending more money on professors' salaries can motivate all professor. Recently, many schools try to spend more money on salaries in order to encourage professor to do their best and let them help many students. For instance, my uncle is a professor in medical school and he told me that the university last year raised his salary by ten percent. Moreover, the university provided him with a great medical coverage. In fact, all of these tremendous actions let him spend more hours to prepare for the lectures, making a lot of tests for students, and stay with the students at library to help them to finish their graduation project. Furthermore, my uncle would able to help many students to finish their paperwork on time and he was so motivated during the lecture. Consequently, many students would able to interact with him during the classes and absorbe all the materials in a very professional manner. As you can see, increase the teachers' salaries can make them so satisfied and motivated to spend more hours with students to help them catch their goals. Moreover, many students can graduated with a high score.
In addition, spending more money on professors' salary can let professor improve their skills. In this time, many professor try to take a lot of classes to help them to be up to date. Furthermore, many teachers try to learn more about the new technology to cope with the dynamic world. For example, my brother is a student in a science school and the his college gave money to the professor to spend it on educational trip. Moreover, the university picked three professors to travel abroad to learn new knowledge about the new microscopes and how they can examine the tiny bacteria. In fact, they would be able to learn new advanced technique and they improve their abilities. Moreover, when they came back to their country they spend a lot of time with students to teach them all of these new style of education. On the other hand, my college never spend money on professor. So, all professor are demotivated and they could not help us on our subjects. As a result, many students graduated with a very bad score and many of them could not find a career after their graduation. This experience taught me that professor should get high salary.
In sum, I agree that colleges should spend more money on professors. This is because high salary will motivate all professor to do their best to help students, and because this will help them to improve their skills.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
