Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?

Workers are more satisfied when they have many different types of tasks to do during the workday than when they do similar tasks all day long.

Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Without the shadow of doubt, what we do during a working day plays a prevailing role in our life since we spend at least eight hours per day for our jobs. As some people may prefer to do only one tasks as their vocation others may like vise versa. Frankly I myself like to do a vriety of tasks during a day. In following I will delve into the most conspicuous reasons which persuaded me to put forward this idea.

First and foremost, a diversity of tasks can leave a deep and good impact on indivisuals mental health. This is because If you occupy the brain with different tasks not only it becomes active but also it prevents routin since individuals face a challenge. But by performing only a constant job which in the end changes into a habbit which needs no thinking, the job gets boring. An instance can illustarte my point. My father works as an engineering and he designs and makes specialized apparatuses for the company he works for. In different situation and different procedures the instruments they need changes relative to their need so my father has to find a new solution for that specific circumstance. This means he is always looking for innovative solutions and cosequently he behave in his day life with the same manner. Whenever we encounter any problem always my father has the best solutions for it which is only because he has developed a problem solving quality for his charecter only because of his job.

Another point that accounts this significant is performing an spetrum of tasks reveals potentials of individuals which leads to better job opportunities. When a boss finds out about hidden pottential of his/her employee, in order to exploit them, he/she offers the employee a better position. A personal experience of my life is a compeling example of this situation. I used to work as a technical supporter in a company and my job was only answering to phones but at the same time my supervisor asked me to gather some data about how our team was doing. When I gathered the data he asked me to analyse the data and informs him of the result but when he saw that I am capable of data analysis he found out that I can be a more valuable asset. So he hired me as a data miner which wa a huge step forward for me. Now I have a better job only because my boss asked me to do more tasks but with answering only phones he could never knew about my abilities.

To wrap it up, all aforementioned reasons and examples convinced me that individuals can benefit from doing different tasks by avoiding a lazy brain and exploring better job opportunities. There are other reasons that advocate the fact which are not mentioned above.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
