Some students prefer classes with open discussions between the professor and students and almost no lectures. Other students prefer classes with lectures and almost no discussions. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

System that teachers use in class plays a major role in their teaching efficiency, and can influence learning performance of students. In my opinion classes with a lot of discussion are better than those that have only direct lectures. I feel this way for two reasons, which I will explore in the following essay.

First, I feel that sitting in a class with open discussion can help deep learning of students. Classes which in, only teacher speaks have a passive atmosphere and will be boring for students. On the other hand, a class with questioning and answering between professor and students has active atmosphere and motivate students to involve in learning process. For example, almost all of my classes during high school were lecture based and there were no discussion between teacher and learners, and it was so boring for me, so I hadn’t had any opportunity to learning deeply about subjects that were being taught. But at the university because of open discussion technique that professors were using I was an active student in the class and subjects were interesting for me. As you can see, open discussion can encourage you to learn deeply.

Secondly, interactive classes in which teacher allows students to involve in learning process can help them to enhance their communication skills and also teaches them how to work in a group. If you study in a class which you have to be active by asking and answering questions you will learn how to treat with your co-workers as a group when you finish your university studies and start your job. For instance, as I mentioned in second paragraph, I had open discussion in university classes, which helped me to improve my communication skills. These improvements helped me when I was searching for job and also during working time. Having good experience in discussion atmospheres increased my chance to promote my career. This example shows that participation in a class with a lot of discussion can increase your chance of promotion in career due to have good communication skill.

In conclusion, I feel strongly that classes which are based on questioning and answering, and students have high participation in learning process, can improve teaching efficiency and also develop communication and group working skills of students.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
