Education is cornerstone of our society. It is crucial to building the knowledge and skill of our younger people. The vast of universities try to change the system and provide facilities for students to enhance the education system. A controversial question which is often raised regarding this idea that improve the quality of the education requires to university spend money on salaries of the university professors or not. From my perspective view, I disagree with this notion that money spend on the wages of the professor which help to enhance the education because of not only the professor is factor that improve the students education but also other factor influence to the quality of the study which are discuss in the forthcoming paragraphs.
To begin with, in the modern era, students are not only relying on the tradition class room study but they are seeking the other source for getting the knowledge. University provides the facilities to students which is help to expand their knowledge. For example, in library add the latest book, magazine and latest resource this is encourage to students to engage in the study. For example, in my second year my chemistry assignment finish in only two day instead of five days because of huge material in the library which is help to me that i easily get the data. No need to buy expensive book and other sources.
Moreover, university should spend money in the student center which help to student meet to each other and increase the student’s interaction. In student center provides huge facilities such as dining hall, meeting room, lounge for hanging out, auditorium for entertainment and so on. Students can use this center to relaxing. Students can easily take the group discussion and group work in the meeting rooms. This students center help to feel relax and enjoying with friends.
However, many people think that spending money on the professor salary to improve the education, Professor motivate the students and provide the knowledge. But, I would argue that salary because of professor is not only key function for student’s education but also students need to other source for develop their knowledge and experience. If students psychologically happy then, they must well in their study but if they are mentally stress and not relaxing is directly impact on their study. Therefore, it is better to consider the whole factor which is influence on the student career.
In brief, contemplating aforementioned reasons, I disagree with the idea that enhance the quality of the education by spending the money on the professor salary because of students has need the extra knowledge, new skill and experience which are not build by only professor presence but need the other sources also.
