We all look for the satisfaction in hour jobs, this feeling comes from the return from this job in terms of money "salary". This internal feeling is available in everyone even the university professor, so as the professor is the responsible of the quality of the education process. I totally agree with this statement, also i will provide the needed explanations and justifications.
To begin with, increasing the salaries of the professors will increase their available time to do researches and teach the students different strategies in how to conduct a profound research. This will add to the level of knowledge for the students and it will sharpen their skills in the field of scientific research. For example, my brother works in the "Jordan University of Science and Technology" as an electrical engineering professor. After the generous raises for the salary, he is now able to leave the second job and to spend all the "extra" leisure time with the students teaching them how to efficiently harvest the solar power using the available solar panels. As we all know the solar field skills are crucial for the electrical engineer to be able to compete in the local market specially in renewable sector. there are no doubt many more examples, but this one clearly shows the importance of increasing the professors salaries.
What's more, more money means more margin for the professor to provide funded projects on small scale. All these incentives will promote the creativity in the students education experience, also the professor will be capable to support poor students who need a little support . so they can put more effort on education instead of wasting their time on part time jobs. For instance, I will tell a story happened with my friend Sam, our biology professor noticed that he is a very smart student but can not spend more than 1 hour a day on studying, because he had to work to cover the university fees. The professor gave him the needed money to cover the fees in order to increase the available time for the student to concentrate on his tasks. It turned out at the end of the semester that Sam did a major contribution in a cutting-edge technology used in solar panel to increase the efficiency.
In conclusion, there are many ways available to improve the education quality, but increasing the universities professors salaries is the key factor behind any other marginal factor. I suggest that every university has to increase the salaries of their professors.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
