There has been class="much">much discussion around the topic of people class="leadership">leadership abilities. one class="group">group of people believe class="that">that class="leadership">leadership comes naturally. On the class="other">other hand, others assert the class="leadership">leadership people class="can">can class="learn">learn to be a class="leader">leader. According to class="my">my experience and actual observation class="about">about class="life">life class="have">have class="led">led me to agree with class="those">those of people class="that">that class="thing">thing class="leadership">leadership class="can">can be learned. I class="have">have class="much">much class="reason">reason to prove class="my">my class="point">point.
The first and foremost consequential class="reason">reason class="is">is class="that">that people in class="life">life class="learn">learn a class="lot">lot of class="thing">thing class="about">about different fields and the class="leadership">leadership class="can">can class="learn">learn too. class="must">must of the people class="that">that class="come">come a class="long">long class="line">line of leaders class="don’t">don’t class="have">have a guarantee to be a class="good">good class="leader">leader in their class="life">life. one compelling example class="about">about class="leadership">leadership in class="govern">govern country, I had the history class in the last semester and in the class, we talked class="about">about the one king class="that">that comes from a class="long">long class="line">line of king and ruler class="life">life, but he class="can">can’t control the country and always guide their people in wrong way. he wasn’t successful in political, commercial, international trade, international communications and class="other">other fields, which class="is">is important for governing the country and supply people’s need.
Another class="point">point class="that">that springing to mind class="is">is class="that">that class="good">good class="leader">leader class="must">must specialize in different field class="that">that class="can">can help them to manage their country or groups in the right way and they class="have">have sufficient skill class="that">that people class="can">can trust him people class="don’t">don’t see just their natural ability class="about">about class="leadership">leadership field, but they see their knowledge, wisdom, and experiences in the class="leadership">leadership field. leaders class="that">that class="come">come from people and working a class="lot">lot to specialize in a different field class="that">that class="can">can be a class="good">good class="leader">leader be successful rather than class="those">those people class="that">that just because their ancestor be a class="leader">leader. The class="good">good class="leader">leader class="must">must class="have">have class="good">good relationships with class="other">other people and always class="can">can persuade them to choose he to guide them
To sum it all up by taking all the detail into consideration, I think the class="good">good class="leader">leader class="must">must class="come">come from ordinary people and class="have">have enough wisdom class="about">about the different field class="that">that class="can">can guide the country in a successful way. class="leadership">leadership class="can">can be learned and all the people class="can">can specialize in the necessary field and gain enough wisdom in a different field class="that">that class="led">led them and their people to successful ways.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
