Why are group and organization important to people?
By and large, it is established beyond doubt that groups and organizations have played an important role in people's lives throughout history. As a matter of fact, these groups can provide an opportunity for people to enhance their personal and professional life and make them knowledgeable or experienced. In fact, groups and organizations could have brought various merits to the life of people like developing social skills, being skilled and so forth. In the following paragraphs, some convincing reasons will be delineated to elaborate my personal stance.
To commence with, relation and social communication are not built on a foundation of convenience and require work. Indeed, vast majorities of people suffer from the paucity of social skills. Generally phrased, the social relation is the utmost important issue among people relationship and groups or organizations could patronize people to improve this skill. For instance, crowds of people do not know how to interact and how to behave with others. But these organizations could attract individuals and provide fertile ground for them to learn a lot of skills, especially social skills. To elucidate more on this issue, if people do not be able to make a relation successfully, they will not be able to make a progress day in day out owing to the fact that good relation could guarantee people's success in near future.
Another reason that should not go unnoticed is that if people join these groups or organizations, they can learn how to be successful in the long run. To put it in another word, success is of the utmost critical important life goal for the human being that people bend over backward to achieve this goal. Although with the presence of life difficulties reaching success is like a blank dream, these groups could provide an opportunity and help individuals, especially youth to experience success in their life. Going into the depth, not only can these groups make people successful and teach them how to make a progress but also can teach them how to seize great opportunities in order to become successful.
Thirdly, culture and civilization are the symbols of every given society and these organizations could keep them alive and share significant values. As far as I am concerned, people need to know about their history or ancestors because progress could not be possible unless thinking about past time wisely. Indeed, these groups can spread out and transmit culture to the other nations all around the world.
In light of reasons elaborated, I reiterate that groups and organization play a key role in people's life and provide an opportunity for them to enhance their living condition.
