Why do you think some people are attracted to dangerous sports or other dangerous activities Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer

Essay topics:

Why do you think some people are attracted to dangerous sports or other dangerous activities? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

I think there are many reasons for some people to be attracted to dangerous activities. I will be discussing some reasons in the following paragraphs.

First of all, I think that those who are usually attracted to dangerous sports, for example, mount climbing, like to take up challenges in general. The dangerous sports are a big challenge in themselves. They demand a lot of patience, boldness, and physical strength to accomplish them. Sounds very challenging right? So, these sports are likely to attract those who welcome challenges with an open arm. Mountain climbing is a difficult task. No matter the precautions you take, there is a chance that you can get into trouble or even worse, you can die. Hence, it is only for those, who, despite knowing all the consequences are willing to give it a shot.

Furthermore, some people like these dangerous sports or activities because they might simply find them interesting for some personal reason of their own. Personal reasons could mean many things. I would like to speak from my own personal experience, I find scuba diving interesting and I always wanted to try it because I like marine biology and I love to observe fishes and other aquatic animals. Scuba diving is a dangerous sport. There have been incidents of attack by sharks but, despite its dangers, I am attracted to it because of my love for marine biology. Another person might be attracted to scuba diving because that is the only dangerous sport he has heard about. Some others might be attracted to it because they want to overcome their fears such as fear of the dark.

Lastly, people can be attracted to a dangerous activity for no particular reason, and it is just that they like it and want to try it. There are many things which we are attracted to for no reason. This can also be applied in the case of dangerous activities as well. People might not have reason to like ski diving or any other dangerous sport.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
