4-day employees instead of five days.

According to the reading working four days a weak instead of five days has so many beneficiary for companies, employees and society. In the lecture professor disagrees and refutes all reading reasons by expressing some disadvantages of four days employees.

First, according to lecture if a employee work fewer hours she or he will make fewer mistake because of having more rest time. In the lecture professor disagrees and says hiring new employees is so costly for companies because they should insure their employees and also new employees need space and computers which all of these cause companies spend more money.

Second reading says that by decreasing work hours and paying 80 percent salary to employees and hire more employees instead of paying more salary to employees who work more hours create more job for more people. In the lecture professor says companies expect their four days employees work similar to what they do in five day so no additional job will be available and those additional jobs will be unfavorable.

Finally, employees can amend their live quality by spend less time to work instead use that for some activities such as: leisure activities, perusing private interests which are useful for them. However in the lecture professor says four days employees have chance to advanced and in economy downtown companies prefer to conserve five days ones.
