an airship could become popular for use again.
The reading passage states that an airship could become popular for use again. However, the professor in the lecture casts doubt on the points in the reading.
First, considering the article that airship uses less fuel than a typical aircraft and it is making their fuel costs more economical. In contrast, the professor in the lecture contradicts the idea and further explains that an airship uses Helium and Hedrosion as fuel. But Hedrosion is a dangerous fuel because it catchs fire easily and Helium is too expensive. So, an airship is not more efficient.
Second, the reading passage puts forward the idea that an airship has ability to carry very huge and heavy loads. Admittedly, the professor in the lecture justified the information in the reading and makes the point that airships are so large and light. So, they are not so steady when carry huge staff like logs and this is so challenging for an airship.
Third, the article puts forward the idea that airships could be used to replace satellites and they could provide services for space research. At the same time, the speaker rejects the idea and adds that the problem is in high situations wind is so strong and also it needs a lot of fuel to be service function in space.
To sum up, both the writer and the speaker hold conflicting views about airships could become popular in the future.
