The reading and the lecture are talking about the cloud seeding, in the reading said that it is a solution for the hail pieces, problem while the listening had an opposite opinion.

First and foremost, in the reading, they explained to us what is the cloud seeding and how is solve the hail- pieces destroy the farms in some states in the U.S, and they said that the lots of experiments give the proof about that, whereas the lecturer it is true that the laboratory's evidence is true but in the air maybe it is not, that because of maybe there is no rain in the cloud.

In the second place, the author said that the process had succeeded in some areas in Asia, and the effect about the cloud seeding reduced the hail-pieces problem than the previous years, While in the listening record said that the experiment occurred in the Urban areas in Asia, which there is no pollution in its air with chemicals, and that makes a difference in the
cities.

Thirdly, the writer said that the cloud seeding had saved the farms in the central of the U.S., but the speaker said that this solution saved the areas that are in the south and north of the country, not the center.
