Making new friends is more vital than keeping old friends

Essay topics:

Making new friends is more vital than keeping old friends

Some people hold the view that it is more dominant to keep old friends than to make new friends. While as far as I am concerned, it is significant to meet new people and make new friends.

Without question, keeping old friends is one of predominant affairs to do, but this not to say you are supposed to spend more time on it than on making new friends. Those old friends who deserve to keep always not cost you too much time. Sometimes, a break time with a cup of tea, a festival card or a phone call are enough to keep your friendship.

It is unavoidable to meet new people and make new friends in a new environment is of great important to an individual. Take me as an example, after attend to my college, I meet quite a lot of new persons, new dormmates, new classmates, new teachers, and new peers have the same interests. Communicating with these people and making friends with them broadening/expanding your horizons, taking pleasure to you and giving you assistance when you are in trouble. While the old friends may be far away from you and cannot give you help on time, or they may just cannot understand your situation as you undergo different things.

It is a wonderful experience to make new friends. As the saying goes, one more friend, one more way. When I feel terrible about my study, lots of students work or something else, it is my friends recently made in my college that company with me, provide useful suggestions to me and help me out. On the other hand, my friends get my help as well. And I gain a feeling of fulfillment after making these lovely friends and helping them.

In a nutshell, important as keeping old friends is, making new friends does matter better, especially the around environment changing.
