The reading is all about what are the different advantages what team work can achieve if they work together.In other words, team work always provide better results as compare to individual performing and task.But there are various disadvantages which the author claims.
First of all, there are many people involved in project work and they will have good knowledge, expertise and appropriate skills which will help people to contribute appropriately .The author oppose this by stating that even though there are many people involved in the team, but there are few real contributors to the project.Because, of these real contributors project lead to higher results.
Secondly, if we are facing many issues than creative solutions can be acquired if group of people are working in same project. Remarkable efficient strategies can be implement to find solutions for risky task.For instance, as team work may involve many meeting and discussion as there are many people along with that they too have different mindset.This would create conflict between teammates.
Third, it also states that group of people contribute much more as compare to a person who works alone.Instead, if team members are not agreed with the possible solution team will have to drop the idea and stop execution of the project
