The lecture and reading both discuss fossils. While the reading states that nowadays the business of the fossils become improved. Moreover, the business of fossil especially dana sore is very valuable for business markets and private possession. The lecture refutes this, saying that the negative aspect and the conclusion of selling fossils in markets greatly exaggerated and the benefits of commercial fossil greatly disadvantage.
First of all, the reading claims that it has a negative effect in public because people can see those fossils in the public place for interesting and unfortunately private business make it hard .However, the lecture argues that commercial fossil was available for a purchase and it was routinely displayed in the public place such as schools and libraries.
In addition, the reading makes the argument that scientist do not access of wealthy fossil because the process of selling and buying fossils was very expensive although universities tried to available this fossil. The lecture counters this point by stating as the reading idea, the process of losing fossils by scientists not realistic idea and the fossils were performing from testing and examination by the scientists.
