Due to people are ignoring the advertisement, the company started the technique called Buzzer who works for the company but people do not know that and the reading and the Bill discussing this issues in very contrast ways.
Firstly, reading passage says that because buzzers are paid by the companies they may hidden the all information about the product and they may misguide the people. But, Bill says that he working in the cell phone company because it is good company and their product. Further, he says that cell phone which has very good features that reasons he is working for that company otherwise he wont to that job.
Secondly, reading claims that when company advertising then people have the chance to get good customer service, repairing and warranty for the particular product whereas buzzer it is kind lobbing the consumer. Again, he states that when customer purchasing a product they ask so many question like price, service and features of the product. If, he does know about the product details then he cannot explains the consumer doubts that makes him in trouble.
Thirdly, reading suggests that social relationship between the company and the customer will spoil due to buzzer's mistrusting character and the hidden information. Still, he refuses this statement by stating that when a company popular and branded one then they do not hire such kind buzzer who spread falls promises about the product. So, buzzer will not harm public relationship with company at any cost and people can trust the buzzer.
To sum up, the reading claims that the buzzers may tell fall information, lobbing the people and they break the social relationship because they are paid without public awareness. But, Bill opposes these points by explaining all reasons beyond polices with reasonable arguments.
