The reading states that buzzer should be proscribed and provides three reasons of support. However, the professor asserts the author sentiment is misleading and provide wrong impression to public, and confutes each of the author's choice.
First, the passage claims that customer could be mislead while buzzing about a product. The professor confutes this points by saying that most of the people are buzzers, are actually using the same products. The professor explains that company hire those people who use the it's product and like the company product, so their praising will be authentic.
Second, the reading maintains that customer will be less attentive while buzzer are describing the product. The professor, however, refutes that point. According to professor, people are more aware while describing the product: they will ask about it's price, function. If buzzer are unable to say about it then people will be more wary about the products.
Third, The passage contends that it will impair social relationship between buzzer and his peers. The professor counter this point by explaining that it will not affect on their relationship. Further,we have came to know that, people, who are buzzer, are actually admirer of these product. At first they have tested the product, and if they find them genuine, then only they become buzzer; thus, preventing from providing distorted information to people, which protects their social relationship.
