The reading passage state that Venous it hard to live on it. The lecture refutes this, by saying that it is possible to live on it.

First of all, the reading claims that Venous has a high atmospheric pressure and it is greater than the earth pressure by at least 90 times, and that will lead to crushed any thing landed on it. However, the lecture argues that despite of high pressure they can make the station like a balloon that is mean to let it folded over the Venous.

The lecture refutes this claims by pointing out that true cloud is not to thick and the sunlight can be reach the planet, and the reflect sunlight they can use it by generating power to their stations.
